Before You Apply
The Harlem House is structured sober living for men 18 and older. Here is what to expect so there are no surprises.
Who can apply
Men 18 and older in recovery from drug or alcohol addiction. Medication-assisted treatment is welcome when prescribed by a Pennsylvania physician. Court, probation and parole referrals are welcome.
What it costs
The monthly Program Participation Fee is $600. Drug tests are $25 each. Ask about payment arrangements when we call.
What is expected
Seven 12-step or other recovery meetings a week (five if working) during roughly your first six months, a sponsor, random drug testing, weekly house meetings, chores and a curfew.
